Kinds of Cleanses

Using the various internal detox methods can yield results which are interesting. I'm about to go briefly into some of my own experiences with assorted detox equipment.

Water - Water is one of the nicest detoxifiers in the world. I ensure that you more than likely don't drink plenty of water to keep your physical body flushed and working at maximum efficiency. I think it is interesting that lots of companies do not mind you taking frequent smoke breaks, but go take a whiz every 15 minutes and your supervisor will most likely think there is something wrong with you.
